Jackie Smith is the Program Director with 35 years of experience in public education serving the communities in East Houston. Ms. Smith has been an elementary school
teacher, assistant principal, principal, district facilitator of new teachers and retired in August 2009. She also has coordinator experience in an ATCP.

Debbie Hensarling is the Program Coordinator with 20 years experience in public education serving the communities in East Houston. Ms. Hensarling has been an elementary teacher in mathematics, Preschool Programs for Children with Disabilities, class for children with autism, Technology Instructional Specialist and Assistant Principal. She has also been an instructor in an ATCP.
